# Amanat

> Signed weather and storm-risk readings a contract can act on. A Telegraph Protocol miner, a scoring module, and a parametric cover contract on Base Sepolia.

Every answer is a weather report plus the scalars behind it: temperature, wind, gusts, precipitation, sea state, the nearest named cyclone, and a storm risk in [0,1] with the payout trigger at 0.75. The risk comes with an ensemble band (ECMWF, 51 members) and an Ed25519 attestation over the fields a contract settles on.

- GET  https://amanat-miner.vercel.app/api/route?from=Cebu&to=Manila&speed=37 — risk along a route, each leg at the hour the vehicle reaches it
- GET  https://amanat-miner.vercel.app/api/backtest?lat=10.32&lon=123.89&start=2021-12-15&end=2021-12-18 — would the trigger have fired? Typhoon Rai, Cebu: yes, 1.000 at 13:00 UTC on 16 December
- GET  https://amanat-miner.vercel.app/api/jobable — which intents an on-chain ERC-8183 job cannot survive, and who on each one can receive one. most intents whose leader can be audited are closed; the rest have leaders whose registration YAML is published at 127.0.0.1 and cannot be checked, which is a different fact and is reported separately.
- GET  https://amanat-miner.vercel.app/api/jobable?intent=STORM_ALERT — the same audit for one intent only: can_receive_a_job true, false, or null when nobody outside the node can check. null is never a no.
- Paid, routed by the network: ask the Telegraph Engine for WEATHER_FORECAST, WEATHER_CHECK or STORM_ALERT over x402, $0.01

## Data

Open-Meteo (CC BY 4.0) for weather, marine and ensemble models and the reanalysis archive; GDACS for active tropical cyclones. Storm risk is derived from those readings and is ours.
